The Technical Expert Network (TEN) is SafeLine’s way to show that we care for the whole process. Making a good quality product is of importance, but high quality in support and product knowledge is equally essential.
The TEN is a group of technical people which all have been certified in our technical expert training at our facility in Sweden. After three days of training and successfully completing a written exam they are all experts in the SafeLine field. The technical expert network is not only for our partners, but also for customers who want to handle their own support at a higher level.
Each year the technical experts meets for discussions, evaluating products and pointing out market needs for future products. On regular bases they will be updated with the latest changes and improvements trough a technical newsletter as well as having access to our technical web forum.
